Miss Malaika Beauty Pageant Sierra Leone is a transformative platform designed to empower young Sierra Leonean women to become global goodwill ambassadors. This pageant shall celebrates the richness of African culture, heritage, and diversity while addressing critical social issues and fostering personal growth. Through advocacy, humanitarian service, and community engagement, Miss Malaika is a stage where young women showcase their beauty, intelligence, and leadership potential to inspire positive change.
Mission Statement:
To empower young Sierra Leonean women to serve humanity selflessly, promote education, break barriers of inferiority, and project Africa’s rich cultural heritage to the world.

Meet M.J.Musa (InnoJay), an entrepreneur/philanthropist. Founder of More Action Care, Innocent Entertainment & Kay Squad Promtions, Kay Squad Music & Miss Malaika and more.
With over 12 years of experience in entertainment business/management & public relations.
Inno Jay has won and nominated several titles. His dedication to the entertainment industry has earned him a reputation as a trusted mentor, inspiring man to reach new heights.

The National PRO/ Partnerships Manager

Joseph Abdulai Jengbe is a passionate youth advocate and IPAM alumnus who has recently pivoted into the entertainment industry. With a background in public Sector management, Joseph brings a unique perspective to his new venture. He's excited to blend his advocacy experience with his creative pursuits, aiming to make a positive impact in the entertainment world.

National Coordinator

Ibrahim Musa Koroma is a dedicated social worker, youth advocate, mental health, and gender activist committed to empowering young people and fostering positive social change. As the National Coordinator of Miss Malaika Beauty Pageant Sierra Leone, he plays a pivotal role in promoting cultural heritage, female empowerment, and community engagement through pageantry.
Through his work, he continues to champion inclusivity, empowerment, and social impact, making a meaningful difference in communities across Sierra Leone.

Managing Director

Mohamed I.Turay is the Managing Director of Miss Malaika Sierra Leone Beauty Pageant 2025, where I have served since 3 years ago.
I am also a musician Signed to Kay squad Music, And chief executive officer (CEO) of guarantee construction and general Service.
With over 7 years of experience in Industry, I have been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic vision and achieving sustainable growth.
Mohamed I. Turay holds a Degree in International Business from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and has completed executive education programs at Imam Khomeini institute of Technology. They are known for their commitment to excellence, team empowerment, and strategic decision-making.

Event/Pageant Planner

F. M.Barrie was born n raised in Freetown Sierra Leone. has a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and a diploma in graphic design During her second year in university, her passion for event planning grew as she discovered the joy of creating unique and memorable events for others. She is a seasoned event planner with over 7 years of experience in organizing social and corporate events. F.M.Barrie has built a reputation for delivering seamless, memorable events that exceed client expectations. She is known for her attention to detail and creative vision, F.M.B has planned several events across India.
F.M.B. plans to continue involving as an event planner and plans to expand her own company in the future. She hopes to inspire others through her work and to leave her lasting impact on the event planning industry.

Data Entry Officer

MOHAMED TAILU Is an accomplished professional with a strong background in ICT and Community Service. He has worked as a Data Entry Officer at the Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone (ECSL), Ensuring accuracy in Electoral Data Management. Mohamed have also served as an ICT Trainer in partnership with the Ministry of Communication Technology and Innovation, Orange, UNICEF and Huawei, Providing digital skills to school-going Pupils in Sierra Leone. He is a dedicated volunteer at STELLA’S GIRLS ORGANISATION, Empowering young Women. Currently, Mohamed is a second-year student at Milton Margai Technical University, Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources Management.
